We visited their roastery in Manchester and with their help and guidance, selected their Espresso range to use for this recipe. Blended from 50% beans from Brazil and 50% from El Salvador, this selection gives us a sweet, round and balanced coffee flavour - with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and stone fruit
